High school students to unveil Art projects examining local culture and current issues. Wednesday, 07 April 2010

After two years of research and exploration, four high school senior students will unveil their Visual Arts projects in an exhibition entitled WHAT IS ART? 

Each and every participant produced a multitude of mixed media art projects ranging from conventional oil and pastel painting to digital animation and interactive design. The projects examine local culture and current issues in regards to empowering women, teenage pregnancy, and celebration of independence amongst others. In their views, one can learn that Art deals with a larger perspective on life than mere instant execution of pictorial images.

WHAT IS ART? is the 4th exhibit by the Visual Arts Diploma students from Sekolah Pelita Harapan Sentul City.
